We are sure that Elon Musk and his engineers, designers make sure to build their automobiles for perfection, but here are some ideas to make it more lean to driver comfort side.
As we all know Tesla is getting close to fully autonomous driving, so when a Tesla semi convoy scenario if leading semi driver can monitor other semis from his infotainment display panels the drivers in the following semis can rest a bit. This is more than possible due to the advanced techs Tesla put in to these trucks.
When resting driver can adjust and lean backward to their maximum comfort, this means releasing the steering wheel, it’s kind of scary but let me explain little bit more. So when the driver lean back from the steering if he can drag one infotainment display along with him to the back wherever he want to the reachable distance and when this mode is activated that display shows him virtual steering wheel and other essential details on that display so he can adjust any misalignment of the semi whenever he need it without reaching to steering wheel. Cool right?
So if this is possible it may be a great relief to the drivers of the convoy who travels long distance and they don’t have to pit-stop for a long time for resting hence other two drivers already rested well and driver who already drove can rest in any following semi.
